Refund & Return Policy for VIRTUE & CO. Last Updated: November 2025 Thank you for shopping with VIRTUE & CO. (https://www.virtueandco.org). We are committed to providing high-quality drinkware and accessories crafted from 304 stainless steel.

 

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you have a smooth and transparent experience with your purchases.

1. Refunds Before Shipping Customers may request a full refund any time before their product is shipped, which typically occurs approximately three (3) days after purchase. Requests should be sent to Contact@virtueandco.org within that time frame.

2. Returns After Delivery Customers may request a return for any reason up to fourteen (14) days after receiving their order. The customer is responsible for the package return-shipping cost. If the product is unused but arrives damaged upon delivery, customers must send photos of the damaged item via email to Contact@virtueandco.org. In such cases, VIRTUE & CO. will cover the return-shipping cost.

3. Partial Refunds After Shipping or Delivery Once the product has been shipped and/or delivered, a partial refund may be requested. The refund will exclude shipping costs and the value of any donation made by VIRTUE & CO. upon the initial purchase.

 

4. Damaged Deliveries If a product is delivered damaged, VIRTUE & CO. will refund the initial shipping cost to the customer and offer an identical replacement if stock is available. 5. Refund Processing Once VIRTUE & CO. receives the returned item, a refund will be issued within seven (7) business days, according to the terms above. Refunds may take additional time to appear in the customer's personal account depending on their financial institution.

6. Exchanges VIRTUE & CO. does not offer exchanges at this time.

7. Donations and Subscriptions All donations made through VIRTUE & CO. are non-refundable under any and all circumstances. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Please note that a subscription must be active during the subscriber's birthday month to receive the complimentary birthday goody.

8. Cancellations Before Shipping Customers may cancel their order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase for a full refund.
