Shipping Policy for VIRTUE & CO. Last Updated: November 20 2025

 

Thank you for choosing VIRTUE & CO. We take pride in offering reliable, timely delivery for all of our products and accessories. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and handle your orders.

 

1. Shipping Coverage VIRTUE & CO. currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. Shipping Carriers we partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Uber for local and regional deliveries.

 

3. Processing Time All orders are processed within three (3) business days of purchase. Once processed, your order will be shipped using the carrier and shipping method you select at checkout.

 

4. Shipping Options Customers can choose from multiple shipping options provided by USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Uber. Each option displays pricing and delivery timeframes during checkout, allowing you to select what best suits your needs.

 

5. Delivery Estimates Standard shipping typically takes between three (3) to seven (7) business days for delivery, depending on location and chosen carrier.

 

6. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts). 

 

7. Order Confirmation and Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation including your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

 

8. Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact VIRTUE & CO. at Contact@virtueandco.org. We will assist in communicating with the carrier to help locate your package.

 

9. Damaged or Lost Orders Carriers are responsible for lost or damaged shipments. However, VIRTUE & CO. will assist by filing claims with the carrier on your behalf. Customers must provide photo proof of damage and/or missing packages to Contact@virtueandco.org.

 

10. Reporting Issues Customers should contact VIRTUE & CO. within three (3) days of delivery by phone at +1 (480) 878-0025 or by email at Contact@virtueandco.org. Please include photos and order details. If the product appears used, no claim will be filed and no refund will be issued.

 

11. Shipping Availability We proudly ship to all U.S. states, territories, and regions, including APO/FPO addresses.

 

12. Order Cancellations Customers may cancel their order only before shipment to receive a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

 

13. Returned Shipments If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers must confirm the accuracy of their delivery information. VIRTUE & CO. will reship the order at no additional cost once details are verified.

14. Subscription Shipments Monthly subscription customers must verify their mailing address before shipment to ensure successful delivery of free gifts. VIRTUE & CO. covers all expenses for shipping and handling of these items.

 

15. Legal Disclaimer VIRTUE & CO. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are also not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
